Just placed my order for ingredients. Have not brewed anything this year as I am not inclined to stand outside watching a pot boil when it is 20 degrees out. I’ve got a guy at work that I was teaching last year and three more that want to learn this year so I needed to get my stuff together. On my list of brews for the next month (or so) are:

Maibock
APA
Apricot IPA
Honey Blonde
Bourbon Barrel Belgian Quad

I’m sure there may/will be more brewing this summer but nothing officially planned out. In the fall I’ll probably brew up a porter and an amber for winter consumption.

Slow start to the year with only 2 12.5 gallon batches. I’m finishing my natural gas line extension. Maybe now people can quit slamming on the brakes to stare.

Brewed:

American Brown
IIPA

Starting 1st Sat of May:

Black IPA
Kate the Great Clone
American Stout
German Pils
O-Fest
IIPA Re-Brew
Regular IPA

Slow start to this year as well, just started brewing last month:

  1. The Dankness IPA - 5 gal
  2. CAP - 10 gal
  3. Denny’s Rye IPA - 5 gal

Got a few more lagers on the docket along with more IPA’s and maybe some witbier with basil and/or lavender?

And have white IPA planned for this weekend.

Grant you are a brewing fool. I feel accomplished if I get 2 batches brewed in a month!

I’ve got 15 batches done so far this year, with another few coming this month. I’ve been going weeks without brewing, then I’ll brew 3 or 4 times in a 2 week period. It’s been a good year so far!
