White Wine

Happy New Year! Yesterday I started an Italian Pinot Grigio from Vintner’s Reserve. It is bubbling and fizzing a little but not nearly as much as when I started a red wine from Vintner’s Reserve. Do white wines ferment differently than reds? Should I be concerned?

Its just the difference in the yeast. Some strains are vigorous fermenters and some are not, some are low foamers and some are not.
Should be fine.
