I purchased the merlot kit from Northern… Primary fermentation went well it seems, SG is at 1.000.
Racked into the carboy last night for secondary and this morning I’m not seeing any activity in the air lock. There was very little activity before racking in the last day or two. Tasted the wine and it tastes pretty good, not sweet at all… Did have a bit of a yeasty flavor though that I could do without.
Any advice would be appreciated
