Is it worth racking a maple porter to a secondary? Or just bottle from primary? Your thoughts.
How long are you going to go between brewing and bottling? If you are only going a few weeks you don’t have to go to secondary.
I’d rack it, but then again I rack everything so I can wash and save the yeast and then get another beer in that primary
