Pulled pork nachos

After seeing this thread Tortilla Chips I thought I would post. Not tortilla chips or beer but nachos.

My wife decided she would like to make pulled pork nachos. She cut up loads toppings, fresh when practical and I was in charge of the pulled pork.

I put an 8.56lb Boston butt on the smoker the night before and over 10 hours later this is what I had. The “bark” got cut up a little and shared. The inside was easy to pull apart for the nachos.


mmmmmm that looks good! Leave some of the bark for flavoring?

Some of the bark seems to have disappeared while cutting it up :yum:


Sometimes when I cut or shred mine I’m no longer hungry when it’s done… :joy:
