What do the water guru’s have to say about this water? Look to the attachment. I’ve decided to get water from another source. So here it is.

It’s pretty much the same as RO water. Great starting point for many beer styles. You should be prepared to add alkalinity via pickling lime or baking soda if you intend to brew darker styles.
