Brewed up my 630 SUBurban Wheat Ale today

My answer to the hipster 312 Urban Wheat Ale by Goose Island (may they rest in peace)

Mash 150 for 60 minutes, Batch Sparge after 10 minutes at 170

5 lb 2-Row Malt
5 lb Wheat Malt

0.50 Centennial Pellet Boil 60 minutes
0.50 Centennial Pellet Boil 20 minutes
1.00 Centennial Pellet Boil 10 minutes
1.00 Centennial Pellet Boil 0 minutes

Wyeast German Wheat 3333

That sounds tasty! I’ll have to give it a whirl. I do like the 312. Used to get that one quite a bit. The recipe is based on 5 gal. in fermenter, correct? Also, do you do a starter? Sounds like a wheat pale. Sweet! :cheers:

I actually get 5.25 or a little more into the fermenter. No starter.
