So I just poured my first home brew in over a year. The brewing process was an expierence to.say yhe least. One problem was my mash temp.was low 148. My best tastes pretty good but is pretty thin. Not very much mouthfeel. Is this because of the low mash temp?
A low temp mash would create a highly fermentable wort, leaving a thin mouthfeel. That’s a good bet. A look at your grain bill would help too.
