I am an all grain brewer and am tired of cranking my mill.
Does anyone have an alternative with horsepower and or pulley sizes ?

I know you said motorizing, but a $30 variable speed drill like this one is what I use (takes 3-5 minutes to mill 50lbs of grain, so motorizing doesn’t seem like a good spend to me):
