Just need some advice on witch false bottom to go with for sanke keg I’m converting into a mash tun.
I will be fly sparging I have looked at the jaybird they are expensive the other is the ABT model NB sells.

Get one like the Sabco folding model that spans the entire width. There are a few manufacturers making these, just do some searching.
If you are directly heating your mash tun, and you don’t get a full width false bottom, there is a chance you’ll have a lot of grain sitting against a direct-fired surface and be scorched if not careful. Not a deal breaker, but something to know.
