Flaked barley

Getting ready to brew soon and I thought I read somewhere that one could get better extraction on there flaked barley by running it through the mill with the rest oioif the grist…thoughts?

I don’t think you’ll get anything additional from milling your flaked adjuncts.

Agree with loopie. I think the flaking process helps to increase the surface area of the grain.
