Out of curiosity, is there anyone here that can provide me with all of the settings they use in Beersmith 2.0 for the standard Northern Brewer equipment?
I use a 10 gallon stainless boiler. I use the Northern Brewer 10 gallon cooler for the Mash Tun (only brewing 5 gallon batches though). I use the Northern Brewer 5 gallon cooler for the Hot Liquor Tank. I’d like to make sure it provides the correct volumes of water and temperatures for these, but I’m not 100% sure on all of the settings.
Any assistance would be appreciated.
