I want to add conditioner to my port kit also some more potassium metabisulphite since some bottle will not be opened for a while.
When should I add the conditioner?

The port is going to be pretty sweet already. You really need to make it sweeter with conditioner?
If you are going to add conditioner, you would usually do it right before bottling. Try adding a very small amount at first (1/5 of a bottle or so). Mix in, taste. Add more if needed.
Like I said though, the port already had a pretty large f-pack, so be careful. You don’t want to make it cloyingly sweet.
