Do you still have the yeast trub? You can use it for another pilsner, bock, Baltic Porter, etc.
No, I put it on my compost pile. I’ve been thinking about re-using my yeast, but haven’t made that jump yet. I guess I probably need to study the process a little more, like “yeast washing”, and knowing what is the good stuff to save and which is not.
