Yeast starter shelf life

I made a yeast starter on Saturday afternoon with plans of brewing Sunday. Things got away from me and it didnt happen. With the Packers playing MNF tonight I do not have time after work to brew and enjoy the game so it looks like a Tuesday evening brew. At that point it will be about 72 hours since pitching into the starter. My question is will there still be enough viable yeast? I know it will not be very active im just hoping they did not die off. The brew is only 1.057og so i wouldnt think it would put too much stress on the yeast. Any suggestions on how i should proceed? The starter is still sitting on my counter. Thanks in advance.

Your are more than fine. I actually cold crash mine in the fridge for a week, decant the starter, and pitch pure yeast.
