Just another of the many reasons I don’t care for weizens of any sort.[/quote]I’ve always told people how to pour my beers from the bottle to leave the yeast behind. I watched a lot people just drink right from the bottle after I got them a glass. some swirl the last bit & drink. drives me nuts.

unrelated: I’ve seen people put a lemon wedge in a dunkelweizen. I think I blacked out after that from my brain being broken.

Ugh, can’t stand the stuff. I went right to kegging just so i would never have to ever see the stuff ever again. And much like teach non homebrewers always manage to stir it up and then complain about it.
