Yeast Nutrient Amounts?

I am preparing to make a raspberry melomel based on NB’s recipe they sell kits for but I did not buy their kit since I got my honey for super cheap. My question is regarding the the amount of the “sachets” they say to add at various points in the days after pitching. How much yeast nutrient should I add per addition?

I have had very good luck using staggered nutrient feedings.
This feeding cycle has worked well for me.
4.5g Fermaid K & 4.5g DAP at pitching.
3.2g Fermaid K & 3.2g DAP at 24hrs after fermentation begins.
2.8g Fermaid K & 2.8g DAP at 48hrs after.
1.8g of Fermaid K & 1.8g DAP just before the midpoint of fermentation.
