Hi all, I just wanted to share that I’m enjoying a nice, basic, cider made with Wyeast 4134 Sake #9 yeast (thanks to Eric from the NB site comments area for the idea.)
The cider is completely dry, and the yeast has made it amazingly tart. Everyone who has tried it has loved it. If you like tart and dry then give this yeast a try.
