going through my closet I came across a carboy(secondary) of Winter Warmer I brewed about 8 months ago, it was the extract kit and has been sitting at room temp the entire time gonna keg it tomorrow…what should I expect…any thoughts
i got my $ on it being awesome! best guess would be similar to an english barleywine…mmmm
uh, how do you forget about beer? that does not compute… :shock:
force carb, drink it saturday and let us know the results
