Will the use of White Labs Clarity Ferm to reduce gluten also change the flavor of the beer?

I am thinking of brewing an all grain hefeweizen ale and plan to use WLP300 hefeweizen liquid yeast so that the ale has a banana and clove flavor. If I use White Labs Clarity Ferm to create a gluten reduced ale, will its use result in a reduction of the banana and clove flavor?

I’ve never used it. But it’s not supposed to alter the flavor of the beer.

Neither have I, but without looking/hunting down the info, I was only aware it was to aid in stripping the haze proteins… Sticks to them with opposite charges then sinks them! Sneezles61
