There was that beer several years ago, I believe from Rogue(?), that was fermented using wild yeast From the Brewers own beard.Uh, Hard pass.🤣

Did you see, quite a while ago in Czechoslovakia, they had their "national hot model" to inoculate a brew... I've not seen any more of that kinda stuff since.. I will have to think... not exactly like they dreamt....Sneezles61
