Who's brewing what for Labor Day weekend?

Same here - I’ll be packaging for the next several weeks. Bottled a sour wheat saison fermented with my backyard culture plus pedio, primed to 4.0 volumes. Can’t wait for that one to carb! Up next, I need to bottle a lambic kriek and a habanero-mango gose. Or maybe I’ll wait another six months or so. Bottling sucks!
