Who can top this one?

Jules: I want you to go in that bag, and find my wallet.
Pumpkin: Which one is it?
Jules: It’s the one that says High Gravity Motherf**ker.

I put my mash tun on the sink to rinse out with the kitchen spigot, then went to set up everything else for brew day, when I had everything set up I had 48 quarts of water on my kitchen floor.

Sold my carboys on Craigslist and stuck with buckets. And I have been using the same 3 or 4 for about 7 years since I started.

I think you guys are just hard on glass.

My two 6.5 gallon carboys are 17 years old. Knocking on wood now. Half of my usual batch goes into them, the other into a SS conical. The conical is hard to break. I would love to have another one but just can’t seem to spring for the cost.

I did once have a vinyl tube running from the chiller outside in a basement window then going into the conical. Would have worked better with the valves closed. Lost about 5 gallons to the sump pump before I went to check on it.

I’d love to get another conical as well. I got a heated/cooled one. I do a lot more lagers now and more 10 gallon batches of sessions.
