Is there a ‘close enough’ White Labs sub for Wyeast 3725 Bier De Garde? I want to do the Farmhouse Biere de Table this wknd, and support my LHS who basically only carries White Labs.

Just guessing, but according to the description WLP072 French Ale is good for Biere de Garde.

Perhaps the WLP036 (Dusseldorf Alt yeast) would work? You’re looking for a clean, almost lagerish ale.
