White house honey ale fermentation temp

What should be the fermentation temp for the white house honey ale?

Also, if someone knows, whats the FG for this beer?

Pretty much any ale will be happy somewhere in the mid sixties, which usually means an ambient temp in the low 60s. There are exceptions to all rules but when in doubt that’s what you should shoot for.

Do you think If it’s 60-62? That’s the temp in the basement and on main floor its 70, if I had to choose, which is better, slightly colder or warmer?

Cooler is better.

If your basement is 62, the fermenting beer will be about 65, which is pretty much perfect. When fermentation winds down you might consider dragging it upstairs to see if you get a little more attenuation, but definitely start out in the basement.
