I won a brewer’s cut of El Dorado hops at a homebrew competition. They are fresh from the current harvest. Given the potency in alpha acids and aromatics, I am at a loss on how to best use them. Any thoughts?

Start with a signal hop pale ale, save the rest for blending with other hops.
great hop for IPAs!
