After a week in the secondary I now have a white film over the whole top of the beer. It appears that there are 6-7mold? Spores on top also. Beer gone bad or some weird krausening? Safe to bottle and drink or pitch it all and start again?

It is just a spontaneous fermentation of some fermentables that were not eaten early on. Think of it as the yeasties eating dessert. Completely normal.
