What have ya brewed lately?

Just brewed a Honey Kolsh and added 1/2 oz sweet orange peel at flame out with the honey. This year I would like to brew 60 to 70 gals. Here starts 5. Cheers

Just brewed the NB Barley Wine. The Number Eight has another week or two in primary. I have Belgian Golden Strong in the secondary for a few more days before I bottle it. Hoping to make a Belgian IPA and a dark mild soon. This will likely cover my brewing until about the spring. Will probably need to make another saison and saison noel this summer.

I have the 115th dream hopburst fermenting now… it bubbled steadily away for two weeks straight, now I’m letting it sit. I’m hoping for the best…
