Tweaking Caribou Slobber for Christmas

So. After a move from SC back to my native TX - and with an order en route from NB - I will begin homebrewing this coming weekend. I don’t have a lot of time (or experience) to try and do one of the more complex holiday brew kits, but I’d like to get some Christmas cheer in a bottle. To that end, I’ve been playing with the notion of adding 1.5 oz of fresh orange peel at 15, .35oz crushed coriander seed at the end. Not a “Christmas” brew, per se, but something with a bit of holiday notes in it. Has someone here tweaked CS for Christmas that has a recipe they’d be willing to share?
