Torrified wheat in Graff

I know this isn’t the cider section, but I’m about to make the Graff recipe from this forum :

It calls for ‘torrified Wheat’ but I mistakenly ordered ‘flaked wheat’ on my last NB order.
Do you think the flaked wheat would do the same thing? That’s what I plan on using (since I have it). I don’t think it would totally screw up the recipe since it only calls for 1oz of torrified wheat. It’s there mainly for head retention.

Anyway, if anyone knows hit this thread back. I’ll be making this recipe within the hour. Thanks!
