My meads...9 different one gallon experiment will be clear enough to bulk age. While racking the meads to fresh sanitized jugs I noticed some of the meads are ...thin. The only one that has body is the JAOM I made that had whole orange slices and raisins. I have read glycerine additions help with body....would one tablespoon per gallon be enough? I have added oak to all my meads for the tannin benefit but I would like to add more body. At this stage most of the meads should be clear by the next racking. K meta has been added 1/2 camden tablet to plain meads and 1 camden tablet for the meads with a fruit addition.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
