Is the fermentation it say to ferment @ 68f as fermentation nears completion transfer the beer to a keg an add the dry hops. Now how many day’s into fermentation would be nearing completion for me to add the hop’s
Typically my beers ferment hard for 3-5 days then slow down. I leave them in the carboy 2-4 weeks depending on the beer. I would guess you would be safe to add the dry hops 5-7 days from brew day depending on your setup. When you notice things slowing down, wait a day or two then add your hops.
