Did brew. A kriek lambic. This january. For my sister. But due to corona. She did not come this july. Now mayby january. So me thinking. Let it stand. Till january. Or. Keg it. My daughter. Asking when she can drink the kriek.
Watch out or your daughter will be sneaking it and the cupboard will be bare when your sister comes. 
Well, not be knowing about lambic so… But they must be able to store… Keg and put waaaayyyy in the back… Maybe pull a pint just for the sake of verifying it’s clear too? Maybe?

Thats why do leave it into the fermentor. For now. Haha. Like friday. Come home from diving. Empty beer bottles. Did get suprise pack beer for my birthday. My daughter. Did sample a few.
