Tap conversion to Cornelius

I frequently change between Cornelius and Sanke, but I have a height problem so I got a low profile tap. The low profile (perlick) does not accept the usual tail piece.
See attachment: need the barb end to be the MFL and accept a swivel nut.
Already have swivel nuts on the kegerator side, so all I’d have to do is screw onto the ball locks for the Cornelius. For the life on me I cannot find that connection

Now I don’t know what size mpt threads you need to go into the tap but you need something similar.

I think this is the actual product you need. I believe the mpt size is 1/8". I would confirm before purchasing.
