T-58 omg!

Brewed the belgian-ish “De Belge Farmhouse IPA” yesterday,
Pitched satchel of T-58 (Sprinkled, not hydrated) into just over 3 gallons of 1.060 wort

pitched around 5:30 PM yesterday; placed into 70º temp-controlled chamber. Today at 10:30AM Tilt says it’s at 1.045!

Damn, that’s a fast yeast!
I’m going to have to drink faster to get a keg tap available!


I brewed yesterday… Used a lager yeast… Didn’t put my tilt in either fermenters… But… there are very slow burps… At 53*…
