normally I would use CC60 for ales and Caramunich 60L for lagers. Ive subbed the caramunich in ales but not the opposite. Anyone have input? I know caramunich is made from Munich malt

Crystal 60 will add some sweetness, raisin and light cocoa, if those are things you are looking for. “Dose Dependent” as they say.
