Simple Kegging Question

How long will beer stay fresh in a keg? I typically drink a batch over 6 to 8 weeks (unless there’s a party thrown in the mix).


If it’s on CO2 & cold you should be fine within 8 weeks, but the style really will determine the true length of time. A wheat (heffe) would be starting to head south at 8 weeks IMO. Cheers, and Happy Brewing!!!

the stonger the beer the longer it will last as long as you don’t let the oxygen at it.
