Seeking a good saison

Anyone got a good saison recipe to share? I’m relatively new and working with a 1 gallon set-up, so any practical advice or tips about brewing this type of beer would be appreciated.

While I’m at it, I might as well ask the other 1-gallon brewers out there if they’ve had any issues converting 5-gallon recipes to 1-gallon versions. Let me know if you have.

Are you going all grain or extract? And only 1 gallon? Seems like too much trouble, but software such as Pro Mash will convert the recipe for you.

All grain. 1 gallon makes about about 9 beers, which is all I can drink in a week. Thanks for the link. I’ve just been cutting all the recipes in 1/5.
