While i was cruising around on youtube looking up brew tactics, i came across a guy talking about sed-ex caps. The point with the caps is that it removes the sediment from the beer. I was wondering if anyone has tried them.
They’re kind of gimmicky and really expensive IIRC. If your other procedures are sound then you can produce a bottle-conditioned beer with minimal sediment, and with cold storage it shouldn’t even require an unusually careful pour. Just look at Sierra Nevada.
