Sanitizing utensils used in a sour

I know that I should earmark any soft utensils that have been used in a sour and continue to use them only for sours. But after these utensils are cleaned (separately from other utensils) should I also dedicate some sanitizer for soaking only “sour” utensils, or is it ok to soak any of my utensils together once they are all cleaned well?



Sanitizer won’t be impacted by souring organisms. But you need to use a true sanitizer like StarSan or Iodophor.
