Hi there. I was sanitizing my glass carboy using the 1-Step, No-Rinse Cleaner included in the starter kit. I followed the instructions regarding the ideal water-cleaner mixture, but left the mixture in the carboy for a couple of weeks due to unforseen circumstances. Is the carboy still usable?

I’ve never used one step but can’t think of a reason it would become toxic over time. I’d rinse that carboy well with hot water then re-sanitize since it sat so long. Should be good to go!
I wouldn’t worry about it either. Dump it, rinse and re-sanitize when ready for use. Glass is non permeable so almost nothing can get into it.
BTW I have used One Step for a lot of years with no problems.
