Just an observation from kegging… It’s all part of a process for really great brews… look at some of the pictures from “what are you drinking now”… Quality takes effort.

Carbonating in a ukeg will burn right through those cartridges. I would consider a kegging set up. If room is an issue they make kegs as small as 1.75 gals.

True. I’m primarily using it as a tester to hopefully get an idea of what I’m looking at after bottling. But I need to get larger cartridges and adapter to do it properly. Someday there will be kegging…
If you were close, I’d give you a couple kegs…
