Saison de Noel

So, I purchased the Saison de Noel kit today and was wondering if I should use my sour equipment or normal equipment?

I assume you’re asking if it uses lactobacillus or some other bacteria. In that case, no it doesn’t and use your standard equipment. It’s just like a regular saison but has a lot more malt flavor (I made it a year ago).
