Is there a difference? If so, what is it?
I used flaked wheat in a wit recipe, but wan to find a cheaper source than a HBS. I can get rolled wheat at the grocery store.
I believe flaked and rolled are the same.

Make sure whatever you get is not adulterated with sweetener and preservatives that may cause issues with yeast.
