Repitching

Hello
This is my 3rd brew its a bigger beer original gravity 1071 by the 3rd week mark im down to the 1010 mark i was going to put in another fermenter for the last week to help get some clarity. Now im worried about the yeast being dead and not carbonating well. I would just like some thoughts on the matter.

Thanks

You will be fine IF you pitched enough initially. If you way under pitched you cause undue overstress with high SG that can cause early floccing, cell death, sluggish :blah: you get the drift. So sometimes it MAY be nessecary to re pitch OR if conditioned for long periods before bottling. Like 6 months long.

So easy answer if you payed attention to correct pitch count you will have no issue carbing in bottle.

Yup i should be ok thanks for the input
