Was in Savannah over the weekend and had a Prairie saison at World of Beer. Really funky and interesting. Had a Saison Dupont first, just to get the bar set, and then had one of these. It had a definite barnyard hint in it, just on the edge of a good sour, but not the strong tartness of a sour. I was really impressed. Did a little research and found that these guys are all about siasons and farmhouse beer. I hope I can find more of their stuff!
