We all have experience with rice flakes from our brewing but did you know there is a sensational dish named Poha that can be made from a version of what you may have brewed with. Poha is new to me and I think it’s better than any fried rice I’ve had. Here’s a little pictorial journey of my first Poha cooking experience.
Fry up some veg in this case onion, potato, and some other goodies. The rice is going to cook quick because it’s basically wet Rice Crispies.
here’s a recipe pulled at random that looks good.
So basically a filler? I enjoy yer enthusiasm for the foods/ingredients you find…
Rice is a staple not a filler lol.
Wasn’t down trodding rice… Well, over here rice isn’t used as much… plain old meat and potatoes is all the fixins’… throw in some green beans… or corn… or peas… smothered in gravy…
Looks pretty impressive compared to the Italian sausage patties and green peas we had last night.
Damn this looks nice
A friend of mine his wife is from india. She cooks lots with this rice have seen a bag standing in their kitchen
