Partial mash Mocktoberfest

Does anyone have a good recipe for a partial mash mocktoberfest? Extract would be fine as well, I just really enjoy partial mashing when I can. Thanks!

You could start with our host’s Oktoberfest extract version, add 2lb. Munich malt, and to compensate for the added malt, add 1oz. of Hallertau, Herschbruker, or Tettanger hops at 20 min.
As far as yeast, I would go with WY1007, the German ale yeast.
