Over-carbonated beer

For the first time, I cold crashed beer to try and add gelatin as a way to fine my IIPA. Previously, when I did not cold crash, I’d rack to my keg from the primary/secondary, purge with CO2, set it to 20-25 psi and let it sit for 3-4 days in the kegerator, and then I bump it back down to 10 or so.

Well…since I set it that high when the beer was already cold, it WAY over-carbed.

Suggestions on how to tame it?

Remove the gas and purge the keg 3-4 times a day for a couple days. Then test it and hook it back up when you are satisfied. It may take 3 days.
