Other styles for WY 3726

Drinking a Saison fermented with this yeast and it is goood. Just wondered what else it would be good in, what do you think?

Not much info on WY site for it. But under the 3711 Sasion yeast:

Belgian Blond Ale
Belgian Dark Strong Ale
Belgian Golden Strong Ale
Belgian Specialty Ale
Bière de Garde
Saison

These are the styes that Wyeast recommends for the yeast.

" Saison
Biere de Garde
Belgian Blonde Ale
Belgian Pale Ale
Belgian Golden Strong Ale"

I think it could make a delicious golden strong.

[quote=“Wyeast”]Low to moderate ester production with subtle spiciness. Malty and full on the palate with initial sweetness. Finishes dry and slightly tart. Ferments well with no sluggishness.

I was thinking about a Biere de Garde but it is supposed to be Lager-like. The Belgian Golden Strong Ale sounds very good in the BJCP description and the Belgian Dark Strong has peppery in the description. This yeast has a slight pepper finish that I like. Thanks for the suggestions. Mike.
